No. We are an introduction and matching service. Every loan is originated, underwritten, and funded by independent third-party lenders in our network. We connect you; the lender lends.

Nothing. Submitting a deal is free, and you're under no obligation to accept any offer. Any fees on a closed loan are disclosed by the lender in their term sheet before you commit to anything.

No. Our intake doesn't involve a credit pull. If you move forward with a specific lender, that lender will tell you exactly what their underwriting requires before anything is run.

It depends on the lender, the program, and how complete your file is. Bridge and fix & flip loans in our network routinely close in one to two weeks; DSCR and construction loans typically take longer. Matched lenders will give you their real timeline upfront.

Every lender is screened before admission — licensing where required, verified funding history, and a defined lending box. Lenders who don't perform for borrowers don't stay in the network.
